What To Expect

1. Pickup. You will be picked up at your hotel and head to the Meeting point, arriving at the dock where we will board the catamaran with capacity for up to 100 people. 
2. Check In at Marina It takes 30 minutes before departure.

3. Arrecife El Meco: You will be able to snorkel in one of the most beautiful reefs in the region. 
   (25 minutes • Admission Ticket Included) 
4. Playa Norte Enjoy a dip at the blue and clear turquoise waters in Playa Norte of Isla Mujeres. 
   (1 hour • Admission Ticket Included)
5. Isla Mujeres The next stop will take place on Isla Mujeres itself, a paradise in the Mexican Caribbean. First we will go to its historic center, where you will have free time to buy some souvenirs.

Procedures to Reserve the tour:

1. Choose the number of pax (adult and child) 
2. Choose the date.
3. Select your hotel or a pickup point 
4. Click BOOK NOW to continue to enter your personal information and payment. 
5. Please make sure your personal information is correctly written such as your names, email, phone number and one of the Chat APP ID (Whatsapp, Line or Wechat)
6. After the payment, you will receive a confirmation with a Reservation Code by email, and one day before the tour, you will receive an email and a message from one of the Chat APP (Whatsapp, Line, or Wechat) that will confirm you the pickup time on the tour day. 
7. On the tour day, please wait at the lobby of your hotel 10 min before the pickup time. If the transportation is delayed due to the road condition, Our Traffic Operation will notify you.

• Due to weather conditions (when strong winds occurs) the local authorities may not allow the snorkelling portion of the tour
• Snorkel is permitted for children 8 years and above. 
• $20 USD Reef tax per person to be paid at check on the day of your tour.

Cancellation Policy

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. 
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
