Recommendations

• Activities at Xplor Park are recommended for children over 5 years old (they must be accompanied by an adult at all times). NOTE: For the zip line activity, a minimum height of 1.10 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg are required.
• Wear a swimsuit, water shoes, and insect repellent; bring an extra change of clothes and a towel.
• Your sunscreens, repellents and sunscreens must only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the Park.
• Bring cash or a card to buy souvenirs or photos of your visit.

Important information

• Confirm the place and time of departure of your transportation.
• The minimum age to participate in Xplor activities is 6 years old. Children between 5 and 11 years old receive a discount, ID must be shown at the park ticket office.
• Children over 1.40 m tall, but under 12 years old, must present identification to prove their age.
• Some activities have limitations for expectant mothers.
• If you have heart problems, a fear of heights, recent surgery, back pain, or get dizzy easily, certain activities in the Park are not recommended.
• The maximum weight limit for the zip line activity is 136 kg and the minimum is 40 kg. The harnesses have a waist circumference of 130 cm and a leg circumference of 70 cm. Children must have a properly adjusted harness; otherwise, for their safety, they will not be able to participate in the activity.
• It is not possible to change the date on the same day of your visit.

Procedures to Reserve the tour

2. Choose the date.
3. Select your hotel or a pickup point
4. Click BOOK NOW to continue to enter your personal information and payment.
5. Please make sure your personal information is correctly written such as your names, email, phone number and one of the Chat APP ID (Whatsapp, Line or Wechat)
6. After the payment, you will receive confirmation with a Reservation Code by email, and one day before the tour, you will receive an email and a message from one of the Chat APP (Whatsapp, Line, or Wechat) that will confirm you the pickup time on the tour day.
7. On the tour day, please wait at the lobby of your hotel 10 min before the pickup time. If the transportation is delayed due to the road condition, Our Traffic Operation will notify you.

Cancellation Policy

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
